Evolve is top notch! I've had a lot of PT in my past and Evolve has been the only one to help me improve with an individual approach. Brittany and the entire staff are incredible. Thank you, Evolve ! Will and Brittany are good at what they do sciatic nerve was causing shocking type sensations from hip to foot ,tried the dry needling sensation has not returned after 2 weeks thanks Will !!!

As I reflect on my experience at Evolve Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, I can easily conclude that I have nothing but the highest of praise for Will and his staff at Evolve. First off, as a lifelong athlete I have had multiple trips to other Physical Therapy facilities for various injuries. I've received treatment from the biggest names in sports medicine institutes as well as private physical therapy practices in southeastern Wisconsin. All of those facilities and professionals I worked with were fantastic. But let me tell you this: Will at Evolve Physical Therapy takes it to the next level! I saw Will on two separate occasions the past two years (1. Vertigo, 2. Sprained Disc Lower Back). Will made the correct diagnosis to start the treatment process immediately. Both times, Will was very professional and made treatment fun.Will is a motivator and that helped me with completing my treatment exercises. He made sure I was fully satisfied with understanding my diagnosis and the steps of therapy . I fully recovered from both injuries and was able to resume my active lifestyle quickly and safely. I have received simple exercise plans to ensure I minimize risk of repeat injuries. I cannot express how much I highly recommend the services of Evolve Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine for athletes and non athletes alike! Hopefully I won't be back; but if a new injury occurs, I will not hesitate to contact Will at Evolve Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine.
